Philip F. Helle

Philip F. Helle is a principal of Helle Associates, a consulting firm specializing in Enterprise Resource Planning and Business Reengineering related consulting and education.

Mr. Helle has guided manufacturing firms of all sizes successfully through Manufacturing Excellence, Demand Management, Plant Layout, Group Incentive and ERP programs during his many years of consulting and educating. His experience has included metalworking, chemical, pharmaceutical, electronics, aerospace, furniture making, and textile environments. The variety of sizes of companies includes Divisions of Fortune 100 and range to privately held small firms.

He has over twenty years of manufacturing and material control systems experience in a broad range of industries and product types.

He has created a unique approach to Team Based Problem Solving that has dramatically changed the way that manufacturing firms face competitive challenges.

He is a certified practitioner in the field of Production and Inventory Management and has been active in APICS for over for over twenty years, serving as President in 1970 - 1971 and on the Board of Directors for the Worcester County Chapter for 19 years.

He has been an instructor for Worcester Polytechnic Institute in the Continuing Professional Education Program for many years, offering a number of seminars for the business community. Phil also graduated from the WPI School of Industrial Management.

Mr. Helle has been a frequent speaker and educator at local meetings and workshops and has spoken at regional chapters for many years. He has presented a variety of topics at International APICS conferences and Region I APICS conferences. In addition, he has presented at Regional Purchasing Society conferences, local Industrial Engineering conferences, and Quality Assurance conferences.
